Brad was appointed President of Breg, Inc. in July 2008, previously serving as the company's Vice President & General Manager. Prior to joining the Breg family, Brad was Vice President of Marketing for LMA North America, and throughout his 15 year career in the medical device industry, Brad served numerous roles in sales, marketing, R&D management, and business development.
Vice President of Finance - CFO
Aaron joined Breg in 2010 with 15 years of industry experience, including several within medical devices. Prior to Breg, Aaron held senior-level financial positions with Guidant and Boston Scientific, including controllership of overseas manufacturing and financial leadership for a sales division. He most recently established a specialized financial planning & analysis department at Callaway Golf, where he was also instrumental in shaping manufacturing strategy. Aaron has a strong background in strategic financial analysis and broad experience in operational finance.
Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
Tom joined Breg in 2013 as our Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. Prior to Breg, Tom was Senior Director, Legal Affairs at NuVasive, an innovative medical device company focused on developing minimally disruptive surgical products and procedures for the spine. Prior to NuVasive, Tom was Senior Legal Counsel, Securities and Corporate Development at Websense. Tom began his legal career as an associate with DLA Piper, one of the largest business law firms in the world. He graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2002 and earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1996. As in-house counsel, Tom provides legal advice regarding virtually all aspects of the business and manages the company's legal matters.
Vice President of Operations
Dave joined the Breg team with 20 years of operational experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to Breg, Dave was the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Cardinal Health. He has a strong background in lean manufacturing practices, broad experience with manufacturing operations in Mexico, and played a significant role at Alaris Medical Systems in their cultural transition. As the leader of the operations group, Dave will continue to build on the significant progress Breg is making to expand and grow its operations capabilities.
Vice President of Sales and Commercial Operations
Steve joined Breg in 2012 after an extensive career in Sales and Commercial leadership positions. He is a results-oriented commercial executive who has led teams to consistently achieve results. Steve has broad health care experience in both building existing businesses and helping to develop new opportunities. He was most recently the Executive Vice President of Sales for Masimo US Acute Care and responsible for delivering double-digit growth in the $200M+ business. Prior to that he served in multiple leadership positions at Boston Scientific Corporation and E&J Gallo Winery. In his role with Breg, Steve is responsible for Global Sales, Business Solutions, and Commercial Operations.
Vice President Breg Innovation Team
Geoff is Vice President of the Breg Innovation Team, our integrated Marketing/R&D function whose primary objective is to identify, develop and bring to market differentiated, iconic new products and services at a highly accelerated pace. Geoff has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, holding positions in Product Development, Marketing, Operations and Quality. Prior to joining Breg, Geoff was Senior Vice President R&D at Cardinal Health. He has expertise in the design and commercialization of regulated medical device hardware, software and medical disposables. Over the course of his career, Geoff's organizations have successfully developed and launched industry leading products. Breg's Innovation Team will help us to achieve our vision to be the market icon in leading edge, non-operative sports medicine solutions.
Vice President of Human Resources
Joanne joined Breg in 2012 bringing with her 25 years of experience in multiple HR leadership disciplines including talent management, domestic and foreign mergers and acquisitions as well as organizational design and development. Prior to Breg, Joanne was Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for Solera Holding with 2,200 employees spanning the globe. In her many roles at Solera, including Vice President of Human Resources for Audatex North America, she selected, qualified and deployed a workforce which took the company public in 2007. Joanne has worked in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, where she created value and credibility for companies such as Audatex, Mitchell International, and FedEx through organizational assessments and workforce optimization. As the leader of Human Resources, Joanne will continue to help drive Breg’s rapid growth, best in class customer service, and culture of accountability.
Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs
Carol joined Breg with over twenty five years of years of diversified management experience in the medical device industry including quality, regulatory, operations, supply chain and business development. Prior to joining Breg, Carol most recently served as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance for CareFusion Respiratory group and Vice President of Quality and Logistics for an emerging spinal implant company. Her prior experience includes various management positions with medical device companies including Cardinal Health and Medtronic, responsible for a variety of medical product categories including critical care capital equipment, cardiac implants and single use consumables.
