Brad Lee
President
Brad was appointed President of Breg, Inc. in July 2008, previously serving as the company's Vice President & General Manager. Brad joined the team after leading the merger and acquisition efforts for Breg's parent company, Orthofix, serving as the Director of Business Development from 2006 to 2008. Prior to joining the Orthofix family, Brad was Vice President of Marketing for LMA North America, and throughout his 15 year career in the medical device industry, Brad served numerous roles in sales, marketing, R&D management, and business development.

Aaron Heisler
Vice President of Finance - CFO
Aaron joined Breg in 2010 with 15 years of industry experience, including several within medical devices. Prior to Breg, Aaron held senior-level financial positions with Guidant and Boston Scientific, including controllership of overseas manufacturing and financial leadership for a sales division. He most recently established a specialized financial planning & analysis department at Callaway Golf, where he was also instrumental in shaping manufacturing strategy. Aaron has a strong background in strategic financial analysis and broad experience in operational finance.

Kathy Barber
Vice President of Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Special Projects
Kathy has held key management positions in the field of QA/RA and has more than 25 years experience in creating and training for quality systems, total quality management, integrated project management and work design. After joining Breg in 1993, she led the effort to develop the integrated systems required for medical device manufacturing, including compliance with the Quality System Requirements of the Food and Drug Administration as well as the achievement of ISO9001 certification.

Ray Fujikawa
Vice President Sales
Ray has led key initiatives in orthopedic product sales and management for over 23 years. His experience ranges from field representation to the management, directorship and executive leadership of global orthopedic sales. He has represented products from a variety of medical device markets including arthroscopy, OR power equipment, total joints, trauma products, pain management, and sports medicine post-op products. His leadership has enabled Breg to expand sales and marketing initiatives on a global level.

Dave Brengle
Vice President of Operations
Dave joined the Breg team with 20 years of operational experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to Breg, Dave was the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Cardinal Health. He has a strong background in lean manufacturing practices, broad experience with manufacturing operations in Mexico, and played a significant role at Alaris Medical Systems in their cultural transition. As the leader of the operations group, Dave will continue to build on the significant progress Breg is making to expand and grow its operations capabilities.

Steve Romeo
Vice President of Information Technology
Steve has over 15 years of experience in the field of information technology. His knowledge ranges from infrastructure technology management in the biotech sector to business systems optimization and implementation in the manufacturing and high tech sectors. Steve is an Oracle ACE Director, a member of four medical device steering teams, a former board member of the International Oracle Application User Group, and the recipient of the 2008 Technology Executive of the Year from the San Diego Business Journal. Steve has been published in a number of technology magazines, including Oracle PROFIT, OAUG Insight, and Oracle Magazine. Steve was also recognized as one of the 2009 Premier 100 IT Leader's by ComputerWorld magazine.

Geoff Siegel
Vice President BREG Innovation Team
Geoff is Vice President of the Breg Innovation Team, our integrated Marketing/R&D function whose primary objective is to identify, develop and bring to market differentiated, iconic new products and services at a highly accelerated pace. Geoff has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, holding positions in Product Development, Marketing, Operations and Quality. Prior to joining Breg, Geoff was Senior Vice President R&D at Cardinal Health. He has expertise in the design and commercialization of regulated medical device hardware, software and medical disposables. Over the course of his career, Geoff's organizations have successfully developed and launched industry leading products. Breg's Innovation Team will help us to achieve our vision to be the market icon in leading edge, non-operative sports medicine solutions.

Sue Bacino
Vice President Human Resources
Sue has played a key role in Human Resources within the biotech and hospital supply community over the last 20 years as a leader in the areas of staffing, organizational development and compensation management. Prior to joining Breg, Sue held various positions with Baxter International, Hybritech Inc. and, in her most recent position, led the Human Resources Operations team at Amylin Pharmaceuticals through a period of significant company growth. As Breg's Vice-President of Human Resources, Sue leads culture-based initiatives that focus on attracting and retaining talent to ensure sustainable business success.

Christine Bowden, Esq.
Corporate Counsel
Christine Bowden has been practicing law for more than 10 years in California, and her experience encompasses both transaction and litigation work. She graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1996. Christine spent the first six years of her legal career working for a litigation firm and representing various clients in employment matters, product liability actions and contractual disputes. As in-house counsel, she provides legal advice regarding virtually all aspects of the business and manages the company's legal matters.
