Breg Patient Bill Pay

Due to a national service outage across Change Healthcare, a large healthcare service provider, we’re currently facing challenges with our patient payment portal. This outage started on February 21.

If you were on a previously established payment plan, please contact us at 1-800-254-0072 to re-initiate that payment plan. Breg does not assess late fees to past due invoices/statements.

Why is the Breg payment website listed on my statement not working?
Due to a national service outage across Change Healthcare, we’re currently facing challenges with our patient payment portal and other billing services. We are monitoring the vendor updates closely to bring our systems back online when it is safe to do so.

With the news around Change Healthcare and hacking concerns, does Breg have any exposure to these hacks?
Breg is isolated from the Change Healthcare network and immediately took action to disconnect any systems that were communicating with the Change Healthcare platforms. Breg is staying up to date with reports from Change Healthcare as new information is released.

Will a late fee be added to my invoice?
No, Breg does not add a late fee and the Change Healthcare issues will not change this policy.
