Quick connect


Great unit, I use it three times a day on my knee after surgery but the quick connect is broken not allowing water to pass through to cool the cuff. This is the second time this has happened at now I must take it back once again. What an inconvenience especially when I'm three weeks out of surgery and can't drive!!!!!

We are using your ice machine for my Mother after her knee surgery and it is really great, however, it would be even better if it included a timer on the unit. The doctor's instructions were to apply ice 1 hour on and 1 hour off for 48-72 hours post op however, was adamant that we did not use over the 1 hour time span due to frost bite possibilities. The problem is that I have been using this during the night, so I have to set my phone alarm to remind me, and wake, me to turn off the machine at that hour mark. That is my only suggestion for improving your machine. Other than that, it works great.

fully drying pads

Had shoulder surgery, got your machine for cold therapy, it is great, my 'mental' problem is the idea that the padding does not fully dry out inside, even if you drain it. Isn't that going to get black mold inside over time????
Do I buy a replacement pad for next time I need machine?

For care and maintenance of your Kodiak Cold Therapy – please view the instructions for use page at http://www.breg.com/sites/default/files/downloads/prod-files/Kodiak-Cube-Glacier-IFU-1_00372B.pdf. Here you will see that some condensation on the lines, controller, and pads is unavoidable, especially in warmer climates.  After use, drain and dry pump with a soft cloth. Warm water and  mild detergent may be used occasionally to clean the pump and tubes. It is important to dry out the pads when you complete your treatment.  If you have additional questions, please reach out to our Customer Care Center at 800.321.0607.

pad not getting water

Love this thing and it has worked through two knee surgeries. On my 3ed surgery and the unit started to get cold then stopped. Need to get a replacement pad as there seems to be some sort of blockage in the pad itself. Need ASAP PLEASE!

machine not moving water to the pad

I received this wonderful machine while at Mass General Hospital for knee replacement on 4/7. Wonderful machine, but now on 4/13 it no longer cools the pad. The moter hums quietly but the pad stays warm, despite adequate ice and water. I am wondering if a small part fell out when the aide took the hose apart to refill. I really need this as it is the only thing that relieves my considerable pain. How do I contact customer care?
