Founded in 1989, Breg began as a sports medicine company focused on high-quality bracing and cold therapy. Today, we are a trusted partner to over 9,700 clinics, 38,000 orthopedic providers, and 300+ Integrated Delivery Networks, serving almost two million patients annually. Headquartered in Carlsbad, California, with approximately 1,500 employees across the U.S. and Mexico, Breg’s products are distributed through a global network spanning 59 countries.
