We have two distribution centers, one in the West and one in the East, to provide prefabricated products to our customers as quickly as possible. We offer a full range of delivery services out of each distribution center from ground to overnight.
We offer a full range of delivery services from each distribution center, ranging from ground (typically three to five business days in transit) to overnight. Extra charges will apply for expedited freight.
Note: Custom logo and large restocking orders require an additional 48 hours for processing. Special product requests may take up to 10 business days to ship.

We are committed to delivering high quality products. If you receive a product from us that has manufacturing or material defects, please contact the Customer Care Department within your warranty period and give us a chance to make it right. We will send you a return authorization number and instructions.
Note: Breg warranties its products for manufacturing or material defects. Breg does not warrant products for cosmetic deficiencies caused by regular use. Unused product returns will be accepted within 120 days from date of purchase and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom products and products with custom logos are not returnable except for manufacturing or material defects.

Putting an officially licensed logo for a College or Professional team on our products requires you to first receive authorization in writing. You can get this authorization from the team’s athletic trainer by asking them to sign Breg’s “School Licensing Approval Letter.” Please send this completed form to your sales representative.
