We have two distribution centers, one in the West and one in the East, to provide prefabricated products to our customers as quickly as possible. We offer a full range of delivery services out of each distribution center from ground to overnight.

Product Warranty
Breg products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
- Breg does not warranty products for cosmetic deficiencies caused by regular use (normal wear and tear), intentional alteration, or misuse.
- Custom fabricated products or products with custom logos are returnable for manufacturing and material defects only.
- Non-warranty returns of unused products in saleable condition (including packaging) will be accepted within 120 days from date of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Before returning a product, please contact our Customer Care department at 800.321.0607 or 800.897.BREG (2734) for warranty questions and/or to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. Only products approved for return will be accepted.

Breg Drop Shipment Policy
A $15 “Drop Ship Fee” will be assessed to each order drop shipped by Breg directly to a patient/customer. An itemized Drop Ship Fee will automatically be applied to your invoice. A “drop shipment” is defined as any address outside of your identified stocking locations. New stocking locations must be set-up in advance to avoid being charged a Drop Ship Fee.
In the event of a manufacturing or material defect, the Drop Ship Fee will be credited on the original invoice. The replacement order will include the Drop Ship Fee. Drop Ship Fees will not be credited back for non-warranty returns.
Breg OA 100-Day Guarantee It’s Risk-Free
When it comes to osteoarthritis, getting the right brace with adequate pain relief is top priority. We want to provide that, risk-free. You have 100 days to return any Breg OA brace for a full credit or refund in the event your patient is not satisfied. No need to sign up or take any extra steps; the 100-day guarantee applies to all Breg OA braces. The return window starts from the date the product is dispensed to the patient.

Custom Knee Bracing
Breg’s custom knee bracing program is designed to address the wide range of conditions and the resulting different anatomies. Quite often, the patient’s profile falls outside of what a prefabricated brace can do. At Breg, we believe this physical reality should not relegate your patient to a life of pain. We have a wide range of osteoarthritis and ligament braces available that can be custom made to your patient’s measurements to get them back to living pain-free lives.
If you have a patient who could benefit from custom bracing, please contact your sales representative. Your sales representative will schedule a time to meet with the patient, take measurements, and complete the custom brace order process.
The Custom Knee Brace Order Form will be used when ordering custom-sized braces and is available for your use.

Putting an officially licensed logo for a College or Professional team on our products requires you to first receive authorization in writing. You can get this authorization from the team’s athletic trainer by asking them to sign Breg’s “School Licensing Approval Letter.” Please send this completed form to your sales representative.
