We recognize the importance of delivering a comprehensive benefits program that is responsive to everyone. Our benefits program was developed in order to provide multiple benefit choices to support the needs of you and your eligible dependents.
You are eligible for benefits if you are a full-time employee scheduled to work at least 30 hours each week. Coverage is effective on the first day of the month following your date of hire. Enrollment options include:

401K Retirement Plan
The Company provides for future savings through its 401(k) retirement plan. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at 4% salary deferral on the 1st of the month following 30 days of service. Breg will match 100% of the first $1,000.00 deferred every year of which you are 33.3% vested each year in which you have 1000 hours of service, or 100% after three (3) years.
