We recognize the importance of delivering a comprehensive benefits program that is responsive to everyone. Our benefits program was developed in order to provide multiple benefit choices to support the needs of you and your eligible dependents.
You are eligible for benefits if you are a full-time employee scheduled to work at least 30 hours each week. Coverage becomes effective on the first day of the month following your date of hire, and includes:

Paid Time Off
The company maintains a Paid Time Off (PTO) Benefit, to recognize the diverse situations in which employees have needs for time off and allows eligible employees to receive their wages while managing their own time off from work.
Exempt employees participate in the company’s unlimited PTO Program; Nonexempt employees participate in an accrual based PTO Program starting the first day of employment.
The company typically provides for 9 paid holidays annually, as well as additional time off in the form of Floating Holidays for non-exempt employees.
A significant part of Breg’s total compensation program is its company-wide Bonus Plan based on both individual and company performance targets set annually.
401K Retirement Plan
The Company provides for future savings through its 401(k) retirement plan. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at 3% salary deferral on the 1st of the month following three (3) months of service. Breg will match 100% of the first $1,000.00 deferred every year of which you are 20% vested each year (1000 hours of service), 100% after five (5) years.
Breg provides an environment that encourages individuals to grow professionally. Tuition Assistance is a discretionary benefit that typically provides for up to $5,000.00 annually towards programs and coursework that have a direct relationship to the business.

Employees are encouraged to pursue specific training and certifications that are both job related and considered a benefit to the Company.
