Shoulder Therapy Kit
I have a bad habit of over-using my shoulders and ending up with dislocated shoulders or damaged / torn rotor cuffs. This kit has been invaluable in helping me rehab. Doctors and physical therapists are always impressed when I bring it for them to show me new ways to use it. I bought it in 1999 and am still using it. Highly recommend.
