The FreeRunner knee brace is the premier soft good for patellofemoral support. It is designed for patients who have patellofemoral discomfort resulting from mal-tracking, subluxation or other patellofemoral injuries.

Patellofemoral knee conditions are best diagnosed and treated by a health care professional (HCP). Your HCP may be a sports medicine physician, an orthopedic surgeon or a physical therapist. These are common specialties, so there may be many of these professionals in your area. To find an HCP, consider their location, whether you were referred by another health care professional, if the doctor participates in your insurance plan, and whether the professional uses knee bracing to treat patellofemoral conditions.
