Shipping
We offer all levels of delivery service from overnight to ground. All domestic orders for catalog items for overnight shipment received prior to 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time or by 4:00 p.m. for ground shipment will be shipped the same day. Custom bracing orders will ship within 24 hours. Custom logo orders will ship within 48 hours.
Warranty/Return Policy
BREG is committed to complete satisfaction and offers a satisfaction guaranteed policy. If, at any time, you are not completely satisfied with a BREG product within the designated warranty period, please contact our Customer Relations Department and give us the opportunity to make things right.
BREG products are warranted for manufacturing or materials defects. Please contact the Customer Relations Department if you have questions regarding the warranty. Before returning a product, please contact our Customer Relations Department for a return authorization number.
