Below are a few of the many tools we provide our employees to further their development at BREG.

Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition reimbursement is a discretionary benefit based on an employee’s performance and promotability within the organization.  All classes must have a direct relationship to the business.  If approved, the following will be applied:

Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degrees—No Annual Maximum
California State School – 100%
Private Schools (i.e. UOP, National University) 50%

Master’s Degree—No Annual Maximum
All Schools – 50%

Training and Certifications
Employees are encouraged to discuss with their manager, specific training and certification courses relevant to their position at BREG as well as company needs.
