Bonus Plan
BREG offers a bonus plan based on individual and company performance, and is pro-rated based on your hire date.  To receive the bonus, you must be an employee of BREG at the time the bonus is paid.

401K Retirement Plan
BREG Inc. has an excellent 401(k) retirement plan. Under the provisions of the plan, you are eligible for coverage if you are over 21 years old and have at least three (3) months of service. You may enter the plan October 1st, January 1st, April 1st or July 1st, of the year you become eligible.

You may contribute 1% to 99% of your salary. The Internal Revenue Service sets a maximum contribution level each calendar year. BREG Inc. will match 100% of the first $1000.00 deferred every year.

You can direct your contributions into a variety of investment options. You are 100% vested (own 100%) of your own contributions immediately. You are 20% vested for company contributions each year (1000 hours of service) after the first year, 100% after five (5) years.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan
As an Orthofix, Inc. company, BREG employees are eligible to participate in the Orthofix Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).

BREG employees can elect between 1% - 25% to be deducted, after tax, from their bi-weekly compensation.  The money is deposited in a separate interest-bearing account each pay period throughout the Plan year.

The stock purchase price for non-officers is 85% of the closing market price on December 31st of the current year.  At the end of the Plan year, employees have the choice of purchasing Orthofix stock or withdrawing the contributions plus earned interest and taking the money as cash.  Any stock purchased will be issued as non-restricted shares of Orthofix stock. The difference between the purchase price and the stock price at the end of the Plan year may be taxable income.

Tuition Reimbursement
BREG provides an environment that allows all individuals to grow professionally based on their skills, experience, training and education. Everyone is encouraged to express their career goals with their managers, especially during the performance review process.

Individuals may also discuss their career goals with Human Resources who will help identify other available career counseling resources though local colleges, adult education systems and Employee Assistance Plans. In support of this commitment, BREG provides an excellent Tuition Reimbursement Benefit for regular full time employees.
