BREG’s acquisition by Orthofix International (NASDAQ: OFIX) in 2003 marked a major turning point for the company.  We are now positioned to deliver a more competitive offering in the medical device market, and we are leveraging our relationship with our parent company to aggressively pursue international markets. Our products are currently distributed through a worldwide network of more than 100 distributors in 36 countries, and we are actively extending our global reach.
